Scott Green is a Managing Director within the Technology & Services group at Raymond James and is responsible for covering the Services sector with specific focus on System Integration, Infrastructure Services and BPO. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2014, Mr. Green was a banker at KeyBanc Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets. He also previously worked at a large privately-held company, McMaster-Carr. In total, Mr. Green has executed over 75 transactions representing over $15 billion of aggregate value covering mergers & acquisitions, leveraged loan capital markets, high yield capital markets, equity capital markets and private placements. In 2019, Mr. Green was awarded the Emerging Leader Award, previously known as the 40 Under 40 Award, by the M&A Advisor for his notable contribution to the industry and community. He holds a BA from the University of Chicago and a MBA from Emory University Goizueta Business School, where he graduated with honors. In addition, Mr. Green was a four-year letterman for the University of Chicago men’s basketball team and also served as team captain.
