Ian O'Neal

Ian O’Neal joined Raymond James in 2014 and is a Managing Director in the Technology & Services Investment Banking practice. In his role, he is responsible for leading the firm’s efforts across the Tech-Enabled Services sector, with a focus on Data & Information Services, Knowledge & Education & Training Services, MarTech/Marketing & Advertising Services, and Real Estate Solutions sectors. Prior to Raymond James, Ian spent 10 years in New York focused on middle-market M&A transactions covering information, technology and media companies. Mr. O’Neal has over 15 years of investment banking experience and has worked on more than 75 transactions spanning mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, public equity and debt financings, and private equity capital raises. Mr. O’Neal received his undergraduate degree from Boston University, where he graduated with honors from the Questrom School of Business’s Honors Program.
