Emmanuel Amram joined Raymond James in 2018 and currently serves as a director in the firm’s Technology & Services practice, where he is responsible for covering the Bank Technology and Insurance Technology sectors.
Before joining Raymond James, Mr. Amram was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s engineering, industrial & infrastructure services practice, where he led a wide range of M&A transactions, corporate divestitures, equity and debt financings, strategic advisory engagements, valuations, and fairness opinions for both private and public companies. Prior to that, Mr. Amram was a director at UBS Investment Bank and an associate at J.P. Morgan, working on mandates with clients across various industries in the U.S., Canada and international markets.
Mr. Amram received his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from Concordia University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder since 2006 and is registered with FINRA, having passed both the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (Series 63) and the Investment Banking Representative Examination (Series 79).
