Malcolm Horner joined Raymond James in 2017 as part of the launch of the London team. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Horner was a vice president in GP Bullhound’s technology M&A and its fundraising advisory team, which he joined in 2012. Prior to GP Bullhound, Mr. Horner spent five years at Deloitte, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He has seven years’ experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buy-outs and capital fundraisings. In that time, he has completed over 15 M&A and fundraising deals, and has advised on a broad range of TMT clients including: private equity groups, mid-cap owner managed businesses, and large corporations on deals spanning the breadth of the sector. Mr. Horner is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BA Honours degree from the University of Birmingham.
