Paul Jones is a managing director in the Transport & Infrastructure practice, where he is active with clients in both the transport and the environmental/infrastructure sectors. He has advised on over 30 M&A transactions in these industries as well as several public and private financings. One of Mr. Jones’ transactions, the sale of Nuclear Fuel Services to Babcock & Wilcox, was named the 2009 “Middle Market Deal of the Year” by The M&A Advisor. Mr. Jones joined Raymond James in 1998. His previous experience includes middle-market buyouts with Brockway Moran & Partners and investment banking with Merrill Lynch. He also worked in public accounting for KPMG Peat Marwick and served on the technical staff of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Mr. Jones holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BBA in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
