Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Maxwell spent two years as an associate at Morgan Stanley, where he was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group. Additionally, Mr. Maxwell spent three years as an investment banking analyst with Raymond James, where he was a member of the Health Care group. Mr. Maxwell graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he was named a Turner Scholar.
