Frank King

Director

Frank has devoted his entire professional career to public education and assisting public school districts. He has 35 years of experience in Georgia as a teacher, coach, principal and superintendent. His 21 years as an appointed superintendent ranks among one of the longest tenures of appointed superintendents. Frank served as superintendent of Fitzgerald City Schools from 1978-1988, Tift County Schools from 1988-1994, and Thomaston-Upson County Schools from 1995-2000. He also served on the Boards of the Georgia School Superintendents Association, Georgia Association of Educational Leaders, Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and the Georgia High School Association Executive Committee. Frank joined the firm as an educational specialist in 2000. He has helped plan over 250 successful ESPLOST referendums and school bond issues. Frank received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Presbyterian College, a Master of Arts degree from Vanderbilt/Peabody University, and an Education Specialist degree from the University of Georgia.
