Raymond James Investment Banking wins 2 Deal of the Year Awards and more at M&A Atlas Awards

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James Investment Banking brought home two deal of the year awards and Investment Banker of the Year at the 2015 Americas M&A Atlas Awards.

During the Oct. 28 ceremony at the Harvard Club of New York, the firm’s Investment Banking team received awards in two transaction categories:

Financial Tech & Services Deal of the Year
Cardtronics acquisition of Columbus Data Services - Technology Services & Financial Services Investment Banking team led by Steve Hufford, Keith Meyers and Leslie Ann B. Curry

Industrial & Manufacturing Deal of the Year | Middle Market
SolAero Technologies (a portfolio company of Veritas Capital) acquisition of Space Photovoltaics business from EMCORE Corporation - Security, Defense & Government Services and Technology Investment Banking team led by Kevin MacCormack and Bob Flanagan

These annual awards, presented by Global M&A Network, recognize leaders and honor excellence in the mergers, acquisitions, turnaround and alternative investor communities. From a highly competitive field of entries, the deal of the year award winners were selected based on impact, financial value, deal structure and other metrics.
