Matthew has extensive healthcare investment banking experience, advising clients on a variety of engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, strategic advisory, and real estate advisory services. His clients include multi-hospital systems, single-site hospitals, behavioral health organizations, physician service organizations, managed care companies, proton therapy centers and senior living providers. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Matthew worked as a wealth management intern at Merrill Lynch. He graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and minors in Corporate Strategy and Financial Economics. He is a registered Series 79, Series 63 and Series 50 representative.
