Glenn Gough

Glenn joined Raymond James in June 2019 after more than 10 years working in Wells Fargo’s Florida public finance group. He has 17 years of experience working with municipal governments, including the last 15 years in public finance. Glenn has worked on more than $16 billion of municipal bond issuances during his career. His experience with Florida municipal issuers includes financings for Citrus County, Hillsborough County, Manatee County, Miami-Dade County, Sarasota County, St. Lucie County, the City of Bradenton, City of Cape Coral, City of Jacksonville, City of Lakeland, City of Miami, City of Orlando, City of Pensacola, City of Tampa, the Florida Governmental Utility Authority, Florida Municipal Loan Council, Florida Municipal Power Agency, and JEA among others. Further, he has significant experience with covenant to budget appropriate financings having worked with senior bankers on more than $1.3 billion of Florida covenant to budget and appropriation credits during his career. Glenn graduated from the University of Florida, where he received both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in finance. He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 50 and 63 securities licenses.
