Rebecca Turner joined Raymond James in 2012 to focus on USDA banking activities throughout the nation. Most recently, she spent more than five years with ArborOne Farm Credit, a lender and member association of the national Farm Credit System, where she worked in the rural bond investment division. In this role, Rebecca facilitated the development and growth of the bond investment portfolio, which included originating projects for the construction and permanent financing of rural hospitals and healthcare facilities, public education and charter school facilities, and various renewable energy projects throughout the United States. During her time at ArborOne, Rebecca’s group was recognized as the nation’s leader in loan volume for USDA guaranteed lending.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Francis Marion University in South Carolina and has one son, Daniel, who keeps her very busy.
