We are looking for two currently licensed sales associates (7/66) or someone that has entered other areas of our industry (insurance and/or securities) is perhaps struggling, but has shown promise and is capable of getting our specific licenses. We want an individual that can work with and expand our existing client base by spending 20-30 hours a week in house learning the business by servicing our existing client base, and 10-20 hours a week networking and prospecting.
Our ideal candidate would be someone that understands how to utilize social media for solid discovery, could leverage our existing client base for prospects, and can work with and expand key referral centers (CPA's, Attorneys, etc.)
Our team has a "Lifespan" strategy for our clients: investing in education for their children, preparing, planning, and investing for retirement for boomers, and legacy preparation for seniors. Our system is functional and can easily be used as a blueprint to grow a book of business.
