We’re excited to share that our team continues to grow. Recently, we welcomed Sydney Lechman as our new Branch Professional Associate. As our practice expands, having the right people in place is essential to maintaining a smooth, personal, and well‑supported client experience.
Sydney supports branch operations and plays a key role in delivering a consistent, client‑focused experience. She brings a practical, people‑centered approach to her work and is committed to providing reliable service and operational support.
She earned her degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Resources, from Merrimack College. Her academic background strengthens her skills in communication, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness — all of which she applies in her professional role.
Before joining our team, Sydney worked with the Spanish Ministry of Education in Madrid, where she developed and led educational programming for more than 250 primary students. This experience enhanced her adaptability, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Sydney resides in Tolland and will also be contributing to the company’s social media and marketing initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her dogs, Rylee and Tucker.
