Since entering the industry in 1990 and joining Raymond James as a legacy Morgan Keegan advisor, Debbie Crownover has grown her business into a family by building and leading an all-female team within Crownover Financial Group. Growing her practice one family at a time has been the key to Debbie’s success of multigenerational planning. Debbie has dedicated her career to assisting clients through life stages of wealth management. Her focus has been guiding clients through pre-retirement, retirement and estate wealth transfers. She continues to use high-touch, personal service to build and nurture client relationships.

Since joining Raymond James in 2012 and through 2023, Debbie has attained club recognition status each year in addition to her current Chairman’s Council II status†. Debbie is actively involved in the Women Financial Advisors Network by advocating for young women advisors and sponsoring them financially to attend the annual women’s symposium.

In 2019 Debbie was named to the prestigious Raymond James Women’s Advisory Council. Debbie was named to the 2024 edition of the Forbes list of Best-in-State Top Women Wealth Advisors (#1 in Alabama). ††

When she is not in the office, she can be found beside her husband of over 30 years, her children and grandchildren. Debbie enjoys spending most of her spare time with her family, dogs and exercising.
