Chloe joined the Crux Wealth Advisors team in 2021 at our Buffalo, NY location as a Financial Advisor and the Associate Director of Business Development. Her role on our team provides essential support by coordinating and facilitating business development through the affiliation, merger, or acquisition of financial advisors and their teams. She also helps drive Crux's mission by delivering and demonstrating value for prospective partners to grow our team and organization.
Chloe aims to provide the highest quality of service to our clients through holistic financial and investment planning. She ensures that our clients are confident and comfortable in decision-making and goal-setting through active listening to identify exactly what clients want to accomplish. She makes certain that our clients feel heard, understood, and receive empathetic service to fully be involved in their finances through this process. In addition, Chloe prioritizes the needs of our clients daily. She is reliable, responds promptly to requests, and will consistently deliver on her promises.
The dynamic and ever-changing industry motivated Chloe because of the potential to be an advocate for clients. This was especially important to her due to the misinformation and confusion she found for those who independently make financial decisions without the guidance of an advisor, which inspired her to pursue a career in finance. Chloe began her career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in 2018, where she obtained beneficial experience that she applies to her role today. She graduated from The State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree.
I was born and raised in Upstate New York, and I love that I'm still close to my family and long-time friends. I consider myself a "foodie" and enjoy getting together with friends to explore new restaurants, bars, shops, and various small businesses in Western New York.
In my spare time, I volunteer with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the SPCA to give back to our community. I also remain active with my alma mater through the University at Buffalo's Young Alumni Leadership Council. I'm also the lead advisor for Delta Phi Epsilon's chapter advisor board.
