With 30 years in the financial services industry, Saletha provides knowledgeable insight to help clients pursue their financial goals. She has expertise in comprehensive financial planning services, including retirement planning and customized portfolio management, with a specialty in serving women in business and women in transition. Saletha works closely with clients to create custom wealth management strategies tailored to their goals. She has attained the CFP® certification, a recognized standard in personal financial planning.

Saletha began her financial services career as an investment executive with UBS Financial Services, later moving to Spirit Bank and serving as their vice president of community relations and private banking. She then became the development department membership coordinator for the Philbrook Museum of Art before joining DCH Financial Services as a financial advisor, becoming a co-owner in 2014. She earned an Associate’s degree in business from Tulsa Community College.

An active community volunteer, Saletha is a member of University United Methodist Church, where she serves on the Altar Guild and sings in the choir. She currently serves on the Board of Kendall Whittier, Inc. Saletha is a member of Leadership Tulsa Class 37 and a 2008 nominee for the Paragon Award. Past board affiliations include the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Saletha enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as gardening, traveling (particularly to anywhere with a beach) and reading. She is a lifelong Cubs fan, originally from Port Arthur, Texas, she has lived in Tulsa since the first grade.
