Scott Bilheimer joined DDMP Investment Advisors in 2026 as a Financial Professional, bringing more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining DDMP, Scott served as a Retirement Plan Advisor with Empower, supporting Penn State Health employees through retirement planning, financial wellness education, and retirement readiness reviews. Before Empower, he spent eight years with PFM Asset Management, LLC, where he worked closely with public institutions to provide investment consulting, client service, and account management support.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
Originally from Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, Scott currently resides in Lebanon with his wife, Lauren, and their son, Bryson. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, volunteering with local youth sports programs, and participating in activities through his church, St. Paul the Apostle.
