A sixth-generation Idahoan whose family members have all been farmers, Jackson’s favorite escape from everyday life is sitting in a field looking at cows or horseback riding through the mountains, especially when his family comes along. Jackson’s life outside of work revolves around his family: his wife, Rachelle, and their three kids, Berkley, Braxton and Brighton. Jackson enjoys coaching his kids’ football and basketball teams, and he himself played football for College of the Redwoods. A proud churchgoer, Jackson served a mission for his church in Spain from 1998 until 2000 and is fluent in Spanish.
