Sandy joined the DMKA team in 2011 as an administrative assistant and advanced to office manager in 2017. DMKA operates independently while utilizing Raymond James for custodial services.
Sandy’s career spans more than four decades with several positions in client services and administration. She has experience in banking, chambers of commerce, civil engineering projects, accounting and accounts payable for an independent grocery chain, with roles based in in Kansas, North Carolina and South Carolina.
She enjoys helping others and working for a company that strives to make a positive difference in the lives of so many individuals and families.
She and her family relocated to Lawrence, Kansas, in 2008 from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, after her husband, Sean, accepted a position with the University of Kansas.
Sandy enjoys cooking, traveling, visiting history museums and art galleries, singing and recording music videos in her home studio, going on beach vacations (Sandy’s happy place) and spending time with her husband and their adorable cats.
