Heidi Hines
Senior Registered Client Service AssociateWith over three decades of administrative experience, Heidi delivers quality level of administrative and operational service to our clients. Always helpful and highly knowledgeable, her ongoing priority is to build strong and trusting relationships with our clients, and to ensure they enjoy a dedicated and focused client experience.
Heidi supports the team’s business operations, rebalances accounts and aids the financial advisor in reviewing accounts. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and has passed the SIE exam.
Her duties also include daily account trading, overseeing staff and office workflow, monitoring daily cash flow and incoming funds, and assisting clients with account-related questions.
Before joining our team in February 2004, Heidi was a client service associate with Truist Bank. She earned an associate’s degree in psychology from South Georgia State College.
Heidi lives in Douglas, Georgia, with her husband, Brian Hines. In her free time, Heidi enjoys reading, traveling, outdoor activities and CrossFit.
