Client Service AssociateTerri strives for excellence in serving clients and supporting the team each day. She manages the team’s administrative needs and assists clients promptly with any questions or requests they may have. With more than 30 years of customer service experience, Terri enjoys building close relationships with families and individuals, and ensuring they receive attentive, high‑quality support. She oversees a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including account maintenance, service requests and client communications. Empathetic and detail‑oriented, her goal is always to make working with the team as smooth and effortless as possible.
Before joining the team in January 2025, Terri served as an accounts receivable clerk with Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for nine years. Originally from Milledgeville, Georgia, she now lives in Douglas, Georgia. Outside the office, Terri enjoys baking, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
