Ben has extensive experience in financial planning. Ben started in the financial services business with First Investors (FIC) in 1985. He spent many years at FIC before establishing his branch office of Raymond James Financial Services in August of 2010. Additionally, Ben earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2000.
Currently, Ben manages the Raymond James Financial Services team and provides wealth management and financial planning for individuals and families, as well as public schools, universities and small businesses. Over the years, he has developed a specialty in retirement planning and asset management. Like all members of his team, he attends numerous professional conferences each year in order to continuously upgrade his skills.
Married to Jane for over 20 years with 2 children, Emma and Jackson, Ben is an avid triathlete. He is also an active supporter of charities, education and the arts in Washtenaw County and has served on the state board of Child and Family Services of Michigan since 2002. Ben also has been a youth counselor at First United Methodist Church since 2006.
