Patrick Donnelly,

As owner and founder of Paladin Enterprise, Pat is responsible for providing strategic direction for the team and leading the practice’s asset allocation and portfolio management efforts. Pat is a Certified Financial Planner® professional, demonstrating his specialized knowledge in individual and family financial planning with an emphasis on retirement income, education and estate planning. He has also earned the Certified Divorce Financial Advisor® credential, equipping him to help clients understand how the decisions made today will impact their financial future.

Pat has extensive experience working closely with business owners to implement qualified retirement plans, as well as succession planning and liquidity events, and has earned the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® designation. His greatest goal is for clients to trust him and his team with every matter that their money touches.

Beginning his career in the financial planning field in 1990, Pat joined Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management Advisor, eventually reaching the role of Vice President. In 2008, after 18 years with the firm, Pat joined UBS Financial Services, Inc., as Senior Portfolio Manager, Wealth Advisor and First Vice President. In 2018, he founded Paladin Wealth Partners and joined Raymond James.

Pat graduated from Fitchburg State University, earning a B.S. degree in business administration, and later, a Master of Business Administration. In addition to his academic experience, Pat has devoted over 28 years to active military service in the US Army, serving in the Regular Army and continuing his service as a Colonel in the Army National Guard. Pat has been a member of Rotary International since 1990 and been a member of the East Longmeadow Rotary Club, having served as both a past president and director. He has also served as a director of the East Longmeadow Rotary Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc. since 1992. Pat has served as a charter member and past president of the Pioneer Valley USO, has coached numerous youth sports and AAU basketball teams, and is a member of Saint Mary’s Church.

Originally from Leominster, Massachusetts, Pat lives in Longmeadow. When he’s not at the office, Pat enjoys spending time with his three grown daughters and his grandchildren, as well as training his German Shepherds and staying physically fit. He also enjoys practicing Krav Maga and Muay Thai, spending time in the great outdoors, riding his motorcycle and studying history.
