Both personally and professionally, David is guided by sincerity, integrity and faith. When it comes to his outlook, he finds the following words by industry veteran Nick Murray particularly fitting: “The only way to be sure you’re always absolutely trustworthy is to tell the pure, unvarnished truth all the time, and let the chips fall where they may.” It is in that spirit that David helps clients pursue their long-held goals and near-term needs – relying on honest advice to help them lead the lives they’ve always envisioned.
David applies a thoughtful attention to detail and passion for client-first service to craft deeply personalized financial plans rooted in his clients’ distinct needs. And while he works with a diverse clientele, he has specialized experience serving retirees, helping them enjoy the
hard-earned fruits of their labor without jeopardizing their financial independence.
Along with offering comprehensive and compassionate financial guidance, David makes it a priority to help clients maximize life’s opportunities and navigate its challenges. “Money is an emotional topic,” he says. “I help my clients work toward their financial goals and fulfill their potential while limiting the emotional mistakes they might be prone to.”
A graduate of Columbus State University, David began his career in 2003 as a financial specialist with Wachovia Bank. He later joined Wells Fargo, where he worked for 12 years and became vice president of investments. In 2020, David joined Raymond James, a firm known for its integrity-based approach to finance.
David resides in his hometown of Columbus, Georgia, with his wife, Jennifer, and son, Andrew. When he’s not contributing to his church through different volunteer and ministry roles, David serves as a volunteer coach for his son’s middle school golf team. He also enjoys spending time outdoors.
