Doug joined Raymond James in 2003 after beginning his career nearly 22 years prior with Merrill Lynch. He is a proud graduate of Central Michigan University and received a degree in finance. He became a Certified Financial Planner^® professional in 1990.

Over the years, Doug has donated his time to organizations such as Petoskey Sunrise Rotary, YMCA and Junior Achievement. Doug lives in Harbor Springs, Michigan and has three daughters, Sarah, Abby and MacKenzie. Doug’s chocolate labrador, Doc, is a key member of the office welcoming committee and enthusiastically shows off his tricks to all visitors. When not in the office, Doug enjoys spending time with long-time friends, supporting the Green Bay Packers, and learning about the geological history of the Great Lakes region.
