Bryan Baker

Bryan joined the Elevate Team in the summer of 2025 after graduating from the University of Dayton, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as a Finance and Entrepreneurship major. His educational journey began at St. Raymond’s grade school and was continued at Joliet Catholic Academy, both of which played a key role in shaping his values.

It was at Dayton where Bryan developed a strong foundation in leadership, service, and financial principles. During his time at UD, Bryan held several leadership roles that strongly contributed to both his personal and professional growth, instilling in him a deep sense of responsibility and a drive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Before joining Elevate full-time, Bryan gained hands-on experience in wealth management through internships with Elevate in 2023 and Baird in 2024. These opportunities not only sharpened his technical skills but also reinforced his passion for helping individuals and families navigate their financial journeys with confidence and clarity.

As a lifelong Joliet native, Bryan is proud to serve the community that shaped him. He is deeply committed to engaging in service, health and wellness, and all things Chicago sports—especially cheering on the Cubs and Bears. In his free time, Bryan enjoys reading and learning, exercising, and spending quality time with family and friends. He is also an aspiring home cook—always up for trying new recipes, even if the results are a bit unpredictable.
