Tiffani graduated from California State University of Monterey Bay with her Bachelor’s in Global Studies. An enthusiastic people person, Tiffani spent much of her early career in recruiting before transitioning into the financial services industry in 2014. Tiffani cut her teeth in wealth management with Fisher Investments where she worked in Client Services, specifically onboarding new clients. Quickly, becoming a valuable resource both in client onboarding and training new members of the Client Services department, she was asked to join the Training and Development department. There, she helped overhaul the New Hire Orientation process as well as implement a first-year training curriculum for all new employees. In 2017, Tiffani moved into the banking sector as a Trainer with First Republic Bank. There she designed and instructed a number of technical training programs for the Contact Centers and was instrumental in a nation-wide rollout of a new Quality Assurance program. Her professional passion has always been in educating others and knowing that she is making a difference not only to her colleagues’ careers but also in the lives of clients.
Tiffani joined Elevon in 2018 as the team’s Business Systems Specialist. Here, she advocates for streamlined and efficient technical processes that promote exceptional service. In addition, she works to increase and improve client communication and education through Elevon’s social media channels and website.
In her time outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, cooking, reading, watching sports, and traveling. Both California natives, Tiffani and her husband live in Livermore. They are looking forward to welcoming their first child later this year.
