Our management process

While each member of our team tailors their approach to the needs of their client, in broad terms we follow a disciplined financial planning and investment process that puts leads with your goals and personal concerns.

Step 1 Understand

We start by listening. We take the time to get to know you, and to help you understand your options and outline your goals. We’ll get a sense of your investment style, including your tolerance for risk, and your specific timelines.

Step 2 Design

We’ll create a financial plan tailored to what we’ve learned about you and your goals. This step may also include conversations with other members of your financial team, including your CPA, business general counsel and trust attorney. We’ll show you options including investments and complementary financial services. Once we’ve earned your OK, we’ll move forward.

Step 3 Implement

We put your plan into action. This stage involved account openings, transfers, investment purchases and the opening of other services described in your financial plan.

Step 4 Manage

With your plan in place and working, we focus on reviewing performance. We’ll provide regular updates and communicate with you according to your wishes. We’ll also keep an eye out for opportunities or risks, outlining options and working with you in deciding how to move forward.
