Morgan Elzey

Morgan Elzey grew up in Nine Mile Falls, Washington, where she was actively involved in her school and community. Throughout her younger years, she played soccer and golf and took on various leadership roles. Her curiosity about the world grew early, leading her to become quite the traveler; she has now explored 13 countries and counting. At just 18 years old, she took her first solo trip to Thailand to volunteer at an elephant sanctuary, an experience that shaped her worldview and taught her how interconnected people and communities truly are.

Morgan went on to study journalism and multimedia production at Washington State University before moving to the Bay Area to work in video production. When the COVID-19 pandemic shifted her plans, she relocated to Seattle and entered the insurance industry – an unexpected change that ultimately helped her uncover a passion for guiding clients through financial decisions, something she’d admired in her mother from a young age.

In 2024, Morgan joined Elzey Financial Group and quickly earned her licenses, embracing the work with enthusiasm and purpose. She believes everyone deserves to feel confident about their financial future and is committed to helping clients gain clarity in an ever-changing world. Backed by a seasoned team, she brings determination, authenticity and a global perspective to every relationship.

Outside the office, Morgan stays active and adventurous. She spends most summer days on the lake – surfing whenever she can – plays on a coed soccer team, competes in weekly trivia and enjoys a bit of friendly competition. In winter, she splits her time between cozy days with a good book or movie and trips to the mountains.
