Courtney is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional who is dedicated to helping clients achieve financial clarity, confidence, and long-term success. She is passionate about elevating the financial advising experience through highly personalized planning and investment strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
Courtney is known for her thoughtful leadership and commitment to delivering a high standard of client service. She works closely with individuals and families to simplify complex financial decisions and create strategies designed to support them over time.
Courtney remains actively engaged in both the profession and the community. She serves on the Board of Directors for a Boys & Girls Clubs organization and is passionate about mentoring and developing emerging talent through her work with internship programs, along with broader community involvement.
Courtney earned her MBA from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, where she was named Valedictorian, and her BSBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
As the daughter of Agility’s founder, Paul Wood, Courtney is proud to be part of the practice’s next generation of leadership. She works alongside her husband, Mark, and together they are focused on building lasting client relationships and serving the Ocala community with a long-term, relationship-driven approach.
Outside of the office, Courtney and Mark enjoy traveling and spending time with their three pets—Woody and Violet (goldendoodles) and Tony (cat).
