Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Steve Wright relocated to Texas where he attended the University of Texas in El Paso. In 1978 Steve moved to Nacogdoches where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Steve veered into the communications business in 1986, where he dedicated a fifteen-year career in procurement and development of a variety of industries, many of which were sold to publicly traded companies. In 2003 Steve purchased a local financial services practice and began a new career path in the securities industry as a financial advisor. With over seventeen years of skilled experience in the market, Steve grasps the value of personalizing client portfolios based on individual goals. “Transparency, dedication, and most importantly, availability to our customers, is the standard practice at Erwin Wright Wealth Management Group.” Steve believes wholeheartedly in an open-door policy, and he welcomes any client to drop by at any time without an appointment because “If the market is open, then we are open.”

Steve has shared his life with his wife Robbie of thirty-eight years. They have two daughters and enjoy time when the family is all together, especially when the grandchildren are around.
