When asked what words I would want clients to use to describe me, I chose the three listed above. I can’t imagine three words that I would rather have people use when thinking of me.

Conscientious, Knowledgeable and Responsive–those words alone could be one of the best job descriptions of what advisors should look for in a manager and what a client should look for in an advisor. In all my interactions I never forget it is the relationship that matters. Whether designing Legacy Plans for individuals and families or creating an atmosphere were advisors can invest for the best interest of their clients; it is important to follow those three words.
