Madison joined Raymond James in 2026 as a Client Service Associate. She graduated from Old Dominion University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Madison grew up in Great Falls, Virginia, and has since made Norfolk her home. Before joining Raymond James, her various customer service roles have helped her develop an appreciation for building strong client relationships. These experiences shaped her ability to communicate clearly, recognize clients’ needs, and provide a warm, supportive presence in every interaction.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family, exploring local parks, and trying new restaurants. She values integrity, compassion, and professionalism-qualities that guide her in fostering trust and meaningful connections. Her academic background, combined with her strong attention to detail, brings a thoughtful and analytical perspective to her work with clients.
