Our Process
for personalizing your plan

A financial plan serves as our blueprint for pursuing your goals. The better we know you and what you want to accomplish, the more we can help address your financial needs and goals both now and for the future.

We begin by getting to know you personally. It’s a conversation where we ask many questions and listen carefully to learn about where you are in life, your investment experiences and current portfolio, your expectations for returns and your tolerance for risk.

After our initial meeting, we will analyze the information you’ve shared with us, including investment account statements, mortgage statements and tax returns. During this step, we may contact you to clarify or expand upon the information. We may also collaborate with other professionals such as your accountant, lawyer and insurance agent.

Once analysis is complete, we will customize a financial plan and portfolio that is your own. It will not only help you make disciplined decisions and prioritize action items, it will also address your investment expectations and risk tolerances. The objective is for you to feel comfortable with your plan and understand what it will take to achieve your goals.

Once we have your approval to proceed, we will take steps to implement your plan. This involves the selection of specific accounts, investments and optional services. We’ll be with you at every step to help you set up necessary accounts and optional services and see to the completion of all required paperwork.

Once your plan is implemented, we will continually monitor and update it to help ensure it remains aligned with your goals and reflects any changes in your personal life. We accomplish this by conducting periodic reviews, providing ongoing reporting of your account activity and delivering timely updates on current events impacting your financial plan.

You are unique in your goals, needs, concerns, family dynamics and financial scenario. This is why we customize your financial plan to you.
