As a key member of the Financial 360 leadership team, Gabriel is responsible for overseeing the firm's day-to-day operations. He focuses on integrating company strategies into daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. His primary objective is to uphold industry standards while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and respect.

Gabriel graduated from the Venezuelan Military Academy of Aviation and is always ready to take on any task to fulfill the firm’s mission of serving its clients. He enjoys teaching young professionals in the industry, introducing them to the military camaraderie and culture, and always leading by example.

Gabriel is resourceful thanks to years of experience at Financial 360 helping clients navigate unknown situations. He believes in the importance of empathy, always practicing a “put yourself in other people’s shoes” mentality in order to better understand people. He holds a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional^™(FPQP^®) designation, Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys traveling—his hope is to catch up with his husband, Pablo, who has visited over 100 countries—as well as gardening, cooking, and going for walks with his dog, Poncho.
