Natacha reports directly to Joshua T.H. Charles, Financial 360’s CEO, providing executive support in a one-on-one working relationship with clients, as well as other external parties. She oversees Joshua’s daily schedule, manages travel arrangements, coordinates logistics, handles expenses and client interactions, supports the CFO with various tasks, and organizes quarterly educational seminars on diverse financial topics.
Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible, Natacha excels at managing unexpected challenges and last-minute changes. Her strong organizational skills allow her to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. She believes that kindness and openness are essential for building successful relationships.
Natacha was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and grew up as an Army brat, spending parts of her childhood in Germany, Ethiopia, Iran, Belgium, and the United States. She remains passionate about travel, speaks both English and French fluently, and is a two-time breast cancer survivor.
Natacha and her husband, Larry, reside in Potomac, Maryland. They have a son, Kameron (Nirit), a daughter, Chloe, and one granddaughter, all of whom she cherishes spending time with.
