Adept at assessing clients' needs, Lance is particularly skilled at channeling team resources to help clients pursue their unique dreams and financial goals. Lance and his team offer a full range of financial planning services, including education planning, estate planning, asset allocation and professional asset management. He specializes in helping his clients transition and understand the differences between the wealth building and distribution phases of their lives.
Lance has been a financial advisor for over 20 years. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2005, he was a vice president of investments for Hilliard Lyons. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS™) designation. An advisor to multi-generational clients, Lance credits his father, Joe Touchton, as a great inspiration to his career, having watched him help clients pursue their dreams for over 30 years.
When he's not working with clients, Lance enjoys coaching and teaching various youth sports through the YMCA. He performs charitable work for Gleaners Food Bank and Saint Mary’s Child Centers. A lifelong Hoosier originally from Terre Haute, Lance now resides in Indianapolis with his wife Andrea. They have two children, Wyatt and Amelia. Being huge animal lovers, they are big supporters of the Humane Society.
