With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ryan McNeill brings a deep understanding of portfolio construction, financial planning tools, and client engagement to his role as a Wealth Advisor at Foundation Wealth Strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan spent the majority of his career at Natixis Investment Managers, where he partnered with financial advisors and institutions to deliver investment solutions tailored to high-net-worth clients.

Ryan specializes in working with high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them navigate complex financial decisions with a disciplined, goals-based approach. His expertise spans investment management, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and multi-generational wealth planning.

Originally from just outside Boston, Massachusetts, Ryan played collegiate baseball at Merrimack College, where he developed the competitive mindset and discipline that continue to shape his professional approach today. He now resides in the western suburbs of Chicago, with his wife, Jen, and their children.

Outside of the office, Ryan is deeply involved in his community, dedicating much of his time to coaching youth sports. He has coached football with the Glen Ellyn Golden Eagles, basketball with the Glen Ellyn Titans, and baseball with the Illinois Jays, reflecting his passion for mentorship, teamwork, and developing young athletes.
