Susan consistently strives for transparency in account representation and keeps clients fully apprised on account activities by delivering timely updates.
Before joining Freedom Street Partners in November 2017, Susan was a senior branch office administrator at Edward Jones, where she worked for nearly 20 years and earned their Client Service Excellence Award. Earlier in her career, she spent 6 years as a loan processor at Landmark Federal Bank in Dodge City, Kansas.
My mom’s advice early on was to give 110% to everything you do. It’s something I obviously took to heart when I look at my dedication to my clients, and to my outside interests as well.
I own Cloth Creations, a sewing business that includes clothes design and construction, as well as embroidery. I hold a Martha Pullen Teaching Certificate for basic and heirloom sewing. In fact, fashion retailing is another career I might have considered before deciding on financial services.
I am originally from Suffolk, Virginia and now live in Murfreesboro, North Carolina, with my domestic partner, Thomas. I have a daughter, Michelle, and two grandchildren, Tristan and Dominic.
