Becca Martin

After a successful career in education, Becca made the decision to transition to the finance industry where she applies her skills and talents as a Client Relationship Consultant for FSIS Group. Using her impressive background in education and her passion for serving her community, she helps clients navigate complex financial issues and implement meaningful philanthropic plans. She is dedicated to offering financial education to clients and to the community. Becca is highly regarded by her coworkers and clients and works to build strong, long-lasting relationships with them. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from Henderson State University and later went on to earn her master’s degree in Educational Theory and Practice from Arkansas State University. Her 19 years of experience in education has given her a deep understanding of the importance of communication, trust, and collaboration. Her commitment to providing exceptional customer service is evident in everything she does.

Becca is married to her husband, David, and together they have three children, Ashlynn, Emma, and Shep. She and her family have deep generational roots in the Twin Lakes Area. They enjoy spending time on their farm, where they raise chickens, cattle, and pigs along with an assortment of other animals that call their farm home. Becca is passionate about education and is on the board of the Twin Lakes Literacy Council, where she helps promote literacy in the community. She is also a member of the Baxter Health Professional Advisory Council, where she helps to develop strategies to improve the health and wellness of the community.

In her free time, Becca enjoys reading, attending athletic events, and spending time with her family. She believes in the importance of giving back to the community and is constantly looking for ways to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her.
