Kim Pace,

CFP®, AEP® Financial Advisor, RJFS Director of Client Engagement, FSISG

A strong client advocate, Kim is committed to understanding clients’ unique financial situations, including their lifestyles, families, concerns and aspirations. By working with clients to determine their needs and asking insightful questions, Kim’s natural curiosity makes it easier for the team to provide forward thinking and personalized service. Her focus on effective communication allows her to act as a translator for clients who may not understand industry jargon. She enjoys working with other team members to explore, create and synergize ideas, ultimately maximizing outcomes for those who matter most: the clients.

Kim has a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master of Science in Geography from Oklahoma State University. This background in cultural similarities and differences, along with her experience at the Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce and years spent working as a trainer/consultant allows her to meet clients right where they are. In addition to a rich academic background, Kim brings her past experience as a senior registered client associate at Wells Fargo Advisors, Wachovia and A.G. Edwards & Sons to her current role as Director of Client Engagement with FSISG. She holds her series 7 and 66 licenses, her Life & Health Insurance license, is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, and an ACCREDITED ESTATE PLANNER® professional. Kim prioritizes expanding her industry knowledge and helping clients apply that information to create the lifestyles and legacies they envision. She’s also proud to be working with a firm that upholds a client-first culture.

Kim, whose family has been in the Twin Lakes area of Arkansas since before statehood, lives near Lake Norfork in her hometown of Mountain Home. She and her husband, Mike, have two sons, Hudson, a student at Hendrix College, who enjoys writing and travel, and Liam, a Mountain Home High School student who enjoys running and skateboarding. In her free time, Kim likes to hike, travel, spend time with friends and family, and read. She volunteers on the Ozark Keystone Trail, at the Mountain Home Public School District, and at Baxter Health.
