As a member of our practice’s management team, Kami manages our operations employees, human resources, IT systems and programs, and office facility. She also plans for our office’s future needs and communicates branch-wide on behalf of management.

She makes herself available to assist in promptly resolving any issues and is diligent in taking responsibility and providing solutions. Building long-standing relationships with clients and their family members is also important to Kami – addressing their needs and concerns and following through with prompt and complete resolution.

Kami has over two decades of management experience. She joined First Western Advisors in 2005. Prior to her current role, she held the positions of human resources, operations, IT, and facility manager. Earlier in her career, Kami was an office manager for a CPA and a call center manager at McLeodUSA.

Kami holds her Series 7, 66, and 99 securities licenses. She earned a certificate in accounting from LDS Business College. She has been on a humanitarian and religious mission in the Dominican Republic, and volunteered at The Sharing Place, a support group for grieving children and their families.

Kami grew up on a farm in Farmington, Utah, and lives in Layton, Utah, with her husband, Tim, and twins Graham and Stella. In her free time, Kami enjoys biking, hiking, kayaking, and planning family events.
