Alex knows firsthand that financial planning requires creativity, compassion, and the ability to pivot after the unexpected happens. After tragically losing their daughter to infant leukemia, Alex and her family moved to Sonoma County, California, where she now works remotely advising our clients in all parts of the country. She is passionate about helping women command a leading role in their financial lives, as well as helping families plan for the unimaginable.

Alex is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. By being certified by the CFP Board, she has taken the extra step to demonstrate professionalism by voluntarily submitting to the rigorous CFP® certification process that includes highly demanding education, examination, experience and ethical requirements.

Alex is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, a financial professional skilled at analyzing data and providing expertise on the financial issues of divorce. The role of the CDFA® professional is to assist the client and his or her attorney to understand how the decisions he or she makes today will impact the client's financial future.

Prior to joining the team in 2013, Alex worked in the non-profit sector raising money for foundations and arts organizations in Cincinnati. Alex and her family now reside in Windsor, California, where she enjoys hiking, cooking, and volunteering with her daughter's school.
