I met Ryan in college… I was a year older than him, and we were fraternity brothers! So I knew Ryan was in the financial industry as we transitioned to our careers, and he has always been one of the most trustworthy and honest people I’ve ever met—which is the main reason why I decided to move my financial assets over to his management. He is a super-engaging guy who is always willing to take your calls and keeps a smile on his face. Ryan is very down to earth and never gets upset or frustrated, he is such a genuine guy. Moving from a friendship to a professional setting with Ryan was an easy transition, as many people think doing business with friends and family can be a bad idea. But with Ryan, I already had such a trust factor with him (and he’s probably one of the smartest people I know), and I’d say he’s on the same level of trust that I have with my own family. I have a general understanding of how the financial world works, but when working with Ryan, I know that his decisions and advice are quality—as his whole team is so highly engaged with their individual clients. Ryan is also great at being available, and takes the time to explain things in layman’s terms—making me very comfortable in asking any questions. There is even a community sense that Ryan’s group has created to make the relationship with The Granville Investment Group uniquely local. The team is always working to make sure they are the right fit for you. The don’t have to actively go out and look for new clients either. Ryan isn’t a cold-caller to try and beef up his client quantity, he looks for the right fit for the firm and especially for the client. I think that’s very unique. His team as a whole is an extension of Ryan’s care. They’re all very personable and they do a nice job of attracting a quality community. He even makes the effort to bring his clients together…seeing value in the community knowing each other and what we do as building a trusted local network.
