Kimberley McCoy

Kimberley McCoy joined Raymond James in 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience in back-office operations and client service. With her deep understanding of operational processes, her goal is to deliver precise, professional support that helps clients feel confident and cared for.

As senior client service associate, Kimberley assists with a wide range of operational needs, including check and ACH requests, wire transfers, address updates and more. She aims to ensure every client feels comfortable and assured that their requests will be handled accurately and efficiently.

Before joining Raymond James, Kimberley held leadership roles at Reliance Trust Company, RBC Wealth Management and Ameriprise Financial, where she managed large teams and oversaw critical functions such as asset movement, margin operations, risk analysis and regulatory reporting. Her career began in banking, including five years with the Federal Reserve, before transitioning into the investment services industry – a move that sparked her passion for financial markets and client service.

Originally from Milwaukee, Kimberley spent 25 years in Minneapolis before relocating to Douglasville, Georgia, in 2021. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, watching sports – from professional basketball to the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show – and spending time with her family.
