Mai possesses a strong commitment to excellent customer service, with a proactive approach. Her responsibilities cover a number of areas, including processing money movement requests, setting up and processing systematic and on-demand withdrawals, fee resolution, on-demand trades and other administrative duties. “Our clients lead busy lives and I want to make their experience with us as pleasant as possible,” Mai says. “I believe in going the extra mile.”

She joined Morgan Keegan in 2005, which became a part of Raymond James in 2012. She previously held the role of Registered Operations Manager. She earned an MBA from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville and a B.A. from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York.

One of her hobbies is community theater, and she serves as a board member at Theatre Macon. She’s also a trivia buff, and appeared on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” with Meredith Vieira in 2005 and on “Jeopardy!” with Alex Trebek in 2015. She lives in her hometown of Macon, Georgia.
