Roxana Montane is a Registered Client Service Associate with the GSE Impact Group of Raymond James. She focuses on delivering personalized client service, supporting advisors and clients with their financial needs, and helping ensure a seamless client experience. Roxana is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping clients feel confident throughout their financial journey.
With experience in financial services, Roxana brings a thoughtful and client-centered perspective to her role. Before joining Raymond James in June 2026, she served as a Financial Advisor with Equitable Advisors and previously completed an internship with the Investments and Finance departments at PlanMember Financial Corporation, in Carpinteria, CA. She earned her Bachelor's degrees in Economics & Business and Music Performance from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. Having immigrated from Cuba to the United States in 2021, Roxana discovered her passion for finance while studying economics and learning about the impact financial planning can have on individuals and families. These experiences have shaped an approach centered on trust, integrity, and long-term relationships.
Outside of the office, Roxana enjoys playing the violin and continues to pursue her lifelong passion for music. As a former music performance student, she values the discipline, creativity, and dedication that music has instilled in her. Having recently relocated to Los Angeles, she is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally while serving clients and becoming part of her local community.
