Judy Chong,

Judy began her career in the financial services industry in 1998 and joined Raymond James Guam in October 2024. Her focus is on developing strategies and plans for high-net-worth individuals, their families and their businesses to help them meet their short-term and long-term financial goals. Judy takes the time to listen to her clients’ goals and concerns in order to help them pursue their goals.

Judy is a graduate of Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. She earned a B.A. in economics and was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon. She also earned her Master of Science degree in personal financial planning from the College for Financial Planning in Colorado, in addition to her Certified Financial Planner^™ certification. Born in Hong Kong, Judy has lived and studied in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and now lives in Hawaii and Guam.
