CRPC® Wealth AdvisorGary comes to Gulf Winds Wealth Management from DFW Retirement Planners in Dallas-Fort Worth where he managed over 400 investment advisory accounts, acted as Chief Compliance Officer and hosted a weekly financial radio show.
He has held the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation since 2012 and has worked extensively with personal and ERISA retirement accounts (401(k), IRA, Roth, 403(b), TRS Texas teachers retirement, 457, executive plans, CSRS/FERS govt retirement), rollovers, transfers, conversions, and QDRO’s.
Gary enjoys working with clients to help them build and protect their wealth in retirement, practice safe money strategies and he loves helping them understand and solve their financial challenges.
He is also a licensed insurance and annuities agent and invests in real estate. Although he was born in Wyoming and grew up in Oklahoma, Gary’s a fifth generation Texan and a lifetime member of the Sons of the Republic of Texas. Previously, Gary tutored students to help them pass their Series 7, 65 and 66 securities exams.
In his free time, Gary struggles with his golf game, while he and his wife, Kim, enjoy spending restful weekends on the beach or in their RV and try to keep up with 5 children and 14 grandchildren.
