Tari brings valuable support and leadership to both our clients and team. Known for her strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and strategic problem-solving, she ensures daily operations run smoothly while keeping client needs at the forefront.In her role, Tari identifies and manages client opportunities, resolves issues proactively, and oversees key operational and administrative functions. She organizes team meetings, coordinates community involvement and special projects, and supports the development and execution of our marketing and communication programs. As a project‑management specialist, she helps the team stay aligned, efficient, and client‑focused.
With a financial services career spanning more than three decades, Tari’s experience is both deep and diverse. Before transitioning with the team to Hall & Dornan Capital Partners in 2023, she was part of the Hall & Dornan Wealth Management Group at Wells Fargo Advisors. Since beginning her career in 1993, she has held roles including operations specialist, assistant operations manager, and registered client associate.
A lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, Tari loves living among the region’s mountains and waterways. She values family time, enjoys baseball, walking, traveling, and diving into a good book. As a firm believer in giving back, Tari supports her community through her volunteer work.
